The terrace and gym were all wonderful extras to our stay. There was a wonderful coffee shop round the corner that accommodated dietary requirements and the location was fantastic for restaurants, travel, shopping and sightseeing.

Room and bathroom were completely clean and spacious. The interior design was super modern and pretty with super high ceiling. Check-in was easy and fast with friendly staff. Gym is included until 10pm. Great location with parking, shopping and grocery stores all around.

Very comfortable beds, useful package of equipment in the bathroom (not only basic cosmetics), super clean, comfy and practical room, excellent location but it was quite and calm. Delicious breakfast. Helpful and extremely nice staff.

Location near train station, can walk 15 minutes to museum of fine art and Guggenheim, and restaurants. Good Wi-Fi. Good a/c. Comfortable for family of 4 with a separate area with 2 sofa beds that opened for the kids. Good water pressure shower. Clean. Towels good. Pillow not too big and hard.

The hotel is located in downtown and close to the railway station (a less than ten minutes walk). It is the hotel I use to stay in my visits to Bilbao. The staff and the rooms are excellent. This time I got an advantaged price due to a winter's offer.

The hotel was very nice and modern, and the room quite comfortable. The staff was always very nice, upon check in and out and with any other question we had. The room was very spacious as well as the bathroom, with all the toiletries needed. The bed was large and very nice. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the old quarter. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Hotel: As good as new and modern hotel a few minutes walk from the bustling city center and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. We were received by a very friendly receptionist (RD manager?) who immediately provided us with a lot of information about the city. Modern and spacious parking garage available. A free bottle of water would be a nice gesture. Room: Spacious, modern room with spacious and modern bathroom, unfortunately with bath (a bit old-fashioned, a walk-in shower is better). Our room was on the busy street but because of the good insulation no noise. Safe available and good and fast WiFi (both free). Breakfast: Staff had some troubles keeping up, and it's a pity there is no "welcome" because of lack of time. A morning welcome is, as a good breakfast, a good start of the day. The layout of the buffet was not the most logical. Overall: a very nice, recommendable hotel if you are in the city. Clean, modern, parking and good WiFi available. Next door to the casino if you feel lucky, give it a shot.
